Science Matters exists because science matters. We believe that quality outcomes in science rest on quality science teaching, and that quality teaching depends on quality science leadership. Our consultancy services are designed to develop leadership and teaching skills through dialogue, enquiry, reflection, and evidence-based practice.

3. Services Provided
Science Matters provides:

• Educational consultancy and advisory services.
• Professional development workshops, seminars, and training programmes.
• Access to resources and materials to support science leadership and teaching.

4. Eligibility
Our services are designed for education professionals, schools, institutions, and organisations. By engaging with us, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

5. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

• Use our materials, resources, and consultancy services only for professional, lawful purposes.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share our content without prior written permission.

6. Fees & Payment

• Fees for consultancy, training, or resources will be agreed in writing before delivery.
• Payment terms will be outlined in our invoices or service agreements.
• Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations of consultancy or training sessions must be made in writing at least 24 hours       in advance.
• Refunds are granted at our discretion and in line with agreed cancellation terms.

8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, written content, resources, and consultancy frameworks provided by Science Matters remain our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal or organisational data shared with us will be handled in line with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
Science Matters will deliver its services with professionalism and evidence-based practice. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.

11. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to adapt, update, or discontinue elements of our services or materials where necessary, while maintaining our commitment to quality and evidence-based practice.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
